Hi I’m Bambi! I’m Ariel’s first dog and the inspiration for everything! I’m 3 and a half years old and I’m a miniature wire-haired Dachshund, also known as a Teckel. I was imported from Hungary! I may be small but I am fully trained to be a gun-dog just like my friends. I can do everything they can do, from water retrieves to blinds the length of fields! I love going picking up and beating on our shoot in the winter, I’m known as the ferret! I enjoy picking up birds and bringing them back to my mum just like I was taught. I am also fully obedience trained, to which I also love doing in class with my friends! In my spare time I love hanging about on the farm with my mum doing farm chores… my favourite chews are rabbit ears!

Hi, I’m Jasper the trusty black lab! I’m now 6 and I am a very valuable member of our team. I love all food as most labs do! But I especially love training and working. All winter I enjoy working hard as a picking up dog, and throughout the summer I enjoy gundog training. I am hopefully working towards entering a competition for next year! As a hard working dog I particularly enjoy my 1lb dummie!

Hi, I’m Ora! Sometimes I get nicknamed Ora the Explorer! I’m a Hungarian Vizsla and the daughter of Biba. I’ve been a very successful dog; I have won multiple awards in working tests, have been successful in trials and even ran for the England team at the game fair! I love my family and one of my favourite chews are buffalo ears!

Hi, I’m Ziva! I’m a Hungarian Vizsla and I’m now 7. I am mum to Keepa and have also had a very successful career! I have had much success in the show ring, working tests, obedience and picking up on a shoot though out the winter. I love to work and please, my favourite treats are chicken breast!

Hi, I’m Keepa! I’m the daughter of Ziva and granddaughter of Biba! I’m a 3 year old Hungarian Vizsla, a little younger then Bambi, we grew up together and are still best friends. I’m the cheeky one of the group, so I’ve taken after my grandmother! I’ve been successful in working tests, and was even in the England team this year at the game fair, representing our country! I can be a fussy eater as I would rather play, but I do love the pate and gourmet moist sausages from Bambi’s Shop!

Hi, I’m Rozi! I came over from Hungary, to live in the UK with Ariel’s brother Beau! I’m 5 and am a Hungarian Vizsla. I love running and keeping fit, everyone calls me the body builder of the family. I’ve also been successful in working tests and have won awards! My favourite chew from Bambi’s Shop is the pork rind bars, they taste great and last me ages!

Hi I’m Elmo, I’m the son of Biba and brother of Ziva and Ora. I’m a Hungarian Vizsla and I’m now 7 years old. I’m a very big boy, a big gentle giant, much bigger than the rest of my family! Now I’m older I enjoy hanging out with Ariel, Bambi and De on the farm doing chores and helping out. I am gundog trained and had a good career in working tests but I love working on the shoot in the winter! As I’m a big boy when I’m good Ariel gives me an ostrich bone, which are huge. I spend hours chewing it and as I’m so gentle it sometimes lasts me for days!

Hi, I’m Dave the Springer Spaniel. I’m very old now, 14! So, I am now retired as I am deaf and almost blind, but in my earlier days I loved trialing and working on the shoot picking up. Even though I no longer work, I love water! Swimming in ponds is my favourite thing to do, every day I go for a swim with my friend Marley.

Hi, I’m Marley the Springer Spaniel. I’m now retired as I am 14! I have loved to work all my life on a shoot and I was very good at my job… I couldn’t think of anything better to do! Even though I am retired I am still full of beans, you definitely can’t tell my age. My two favourite things in life are water and retrieving, if you put them together it’s the best thing ever!

Hi, I’m De the wire-haired Hungarian Viszla and I’m 6 years old. I am the newest addition to Ariel’s family. Bambi is definitely my best friend and she’s teaching me the ropes. I am loving helping out on the farm, and get on with all the animals. I also enjoy gundog training, this year we’re working towards been able to enter a working test! I love training especially in water. My favourite chew is definitely beef muscle, it lasts me ages and is super yummy!

Hi, I’m Jonka and I’m a Hungarian Viszla imported from Poland, I’m 4 years old. I’m a very soft playful dog and enjoy gundog training like my friends. I’m a little less experienced but I’m enjoying working tests and sometimes having ago picking up on the shoot! Nusi is my best friend and we enjoy playing together. My favourite treats are liver brownies!

Hi, I’m Nusi the Hungarian Viszla imported from Hungry I’m 5 years old. I’m a big girl, the biggest in the pack, but I have a big heart! I have been very successful in working tests and have won many awards with perfect score sheets. My favourite chew out the shop is definitely pigs in blankets! I love pigs in blankets, if I see Ariel I wait outside until she gives me one! I love playing with it in the field before eating it, the best part of the day! Sometimes I can’t see Ariel but she leaves the door open so I take myself into the shop and run of with one! I’m not to naughty as I only take one!

Hi, I’m Biba. The second Vizsla in the pack. They now call me grandma Biba as I’m the oldest in the pack, (I’m 15!), and live with all my kids and grandkids. Ariel grew up with me and together we did many disciplines with success. We did showing, agility, trick training, obedience and gundog training. I won many rosettes, I still remember all my tricks (I can even skate board), and worked all my life picking up. I’m a cheeky girl and the leader of the pack. I love chocolate and then I was younger I used to steal it! I know it wasn’t good for me but I loved it, luckily now they do a dog safe chocolate I can enjoy!
